Round ended, HoF get's posted. Then new round starts, where you can select different Leader/Region names, and try to make better finish.
From October, I will start making military rank advancements and giving medals/orders. Plus the site will have some revamp in terms of looks and usability.

I saw sign up on server 1 and I thought, oh,I'm already signed up. So I didnt until just now. I clicked it out of curiosity and found out I was last. Lack of good understandable communications. Sign up on server 1 instead of 2. well such is life.

Initially, I will decide who to promote and who not to promote. Various things will be taken into account, not only your position in top50.
Later, those players who gain good ranks will be able to promote others (within certain limits of course). Basically, I am going to make this system as close to real life as possible.

1 of them was a test round and the second one i guess insane and link cheated, or whatever, now there are no bugs and it's easier to start everything from 0... i am sure admin will start it only from now.. from whole round, - next round. but i don't know and i actually don't care.

I will consider everything, since all initial ranks will be at my discretion. Good top50 position will not necessarily mean you will immediately get rank promotion.
