Unfortunately, I can't comment on macbeth's life dependency on this website because I only see him online sometimes when im online, however, enclave has never NOT been on the list EVERYTIME i log in.

is that going to change who you are going to target?
I dont really think so, your still going to target our strongest members.
The only reason why I can see that it matters is, if you know the player well enough (im not sure if you do or not) you might know what weaknesses that player might have. Or if you really dont like some one, say dragon for example would knowing who he is make you target him even if you found out that he pocesses no threat towards you and is the worse member? (im not saying he is)
