Why are we whining about balance? Everybody starts with the same amount of soldiers, money, land, and everything. Now if there are 2 player against 1 and the 2 wins, I think thats normal. 1 should find help and develop a strat and so... and so to win against 2. That's what happened in real world. And if the issue is politics then find a way to go around it. you can buy their votes. make friends. A very good player will always be able to find a solution.
