Are specialized soldiers (snipers, guards, riflemen), worth more than regular soldiers? and how about tanks, artileries, spies, and hackers for that matter. Or do they all have the same affect on NW. Thanks for any help.

if restarts were in time we wouldnt lose any players, it means we could have deadpool and karnage as enemies. and it would make a competition for at least half of the day. Admin doesnt care and you have no competition but people behind you have no hope.
for GEM (i gues he can hardly be called as Admin), - if you dont make smth about restarts you will lose more and more better players, gaining 200 people who wil sign in every round and not play. i understand how much time you put in this game already, but wasnt it for your joy? for your self pleasure? then you played the role of God.. untill stopped to restart the game in time. So what now? you dont care about all the historical players right? Dont nobody miss EvilOne and others? dont nobody misses that competition?
if you dont start to restart the game in time i will tell you what happens:
1) Nobby will quit after he wins one round, this round? he may not quit, but if he has no competition, why would he play and give his life to this game?
2) Link will have more players in his own game and nobody will remember about zaraz when it restarts again.
3) Citizens will win the round and quit to play tebasga.
3.5) Opposition will rule zaraz for some 2 rounds untill they quit like in point 1,2,3.
4) Confucious will become the king of zaraz though, who needs his respect? Archon, no offense, but nobody needs the respect of a passive player who just observes givin commens.
5) the level of zaraz competition will be dropped to 0 and anybody who decides to comeback will be able to kill top50 of zaraz.
6) Nobody will stay this game longer than a month because they wont get a restart and everybody will forget GEM100 coz there is no more OMINIX.
7) finally you will have a free server for any other project, coz years of your work on zaraz will become ashes.
why wait? i still cant get if you have any plans for zaraz future or you prefer zaraz's past?

enclave, i thought you left. And just so you know i started playing again, im currently second place on S1 (This_World_is_Made of Love_and_Peace). Maybe third now, not sure. But anyway I had wanted to start playing last round but i got sucked into S2. We are making an effort to bring back competition, and GEM is restarting this next round exactly on time, and I believe him when he says that. If you say you are leaving then leave or come back and put up with what happens.
but that was a pretty funny comment anyways :-P LOL

I don't know how exactly zaraz is programmed, but for Tebasga, I could've easily made a restart script. All I had to do was rename some sql databases and make a few new table entries (ex. new region #1 for admin, market quantities, new game date at Jan 1 2000)...you could easily make a php script to do that. Set it to restart after 1440 game days (would be 30 days) automatically.
