Panic, the only reason you had alot more spies than Link is quite obvious, or should be if you are as good as you claim to be....
We "specialised", i went pertty much ALL spies + Link went military, if we had not have done that link would have had way more spies than he did have (do you really think he does not know the value of them...come on), and your argument would fall flat. If we had not done what we did a stalemate would no doubt have occured. All that happened is we got organised quicker and had better starts (which helped )
Oh, and i dont ever recall hearing myself or anybody else appart from DP and Karn refering to themselves as gods, you can only fight what shows up afterall.

What a bunch of crap.....for those allied with you are painted with the same brush and deserve to be raped and pillaged as you and your alliance have done to others....as far as your not playing next round you are either full of crap hoping that those who intend to ally against you loose their resolve until its too late.....or you are a scared child who is afraid to revcive punishment for his actions.
Exactly what Nobby said. There are different strategies for different circumstances. In this case, I sacrificed spy production to produce arts. It's a tradeoff...I mean you could've msat me but I still had enough offense to invade you through msat. I decided to build military while you decided to build spies; they were the decisions we made. If it was a one on one, I'm sure both of our decisions would have changed.
I knew that if you murdered my spies, stole my citizens, etc., Nobby and I were on enough with good communication that I would've told him your rating was low and he had enough spies to murder them. Problem solved.
And I'm not bragging. The fact that we played better this round is a fact. I have played when better competition was active and lost. I have gotten better since then (although I would have to agree with Nobby in that the only people who ever called themselves gods were deadpool and karnage), and learned the importance of allies. No one is good enough to win without allies, unless some freak accident occurs (waldo as Baying of Hounds).
Maybe we will lose next round since it sounds like not many of my allies are playing. Oh well, if I lose then I'll stop playing until next round. Zaraz is not life.

Hey citizens, do these rules only apply to a select few? Cause there are plenty of people that you seem to be leaving alone with tons of spies and hackers, for example. Now if some of us are kept to 2k and 500, while others (not in your alliance btw) are left unchecked, it makes it, well, pretty much bullshit. How am I supposed to defend myself from people who seem to be given exeptions to these rules if I am strictly confined by them. Come on man, either get everyone or no one.
