Politics says "See region data," and that is not exactly what you do. Probably those words are there because you re-used code from the regions list page. I know it's a minor detail, but maybe you should replace it with a small explanation of most popular/most hated because it seems like even players who play a few rounds might not know what the effects are if they have never been in an alliance with someone most popular or most hated.
