I looked at the world news several times and I looked at the infamous list a few times too. I am curious how is it that 00221 is infamous, I tried to attack him but it says he is under protection, so then I look at the world news... I can't find where he had been hit. And if he is under his 150 days protection still how did he get infamous. This is very odd to me. Maybe you can explain.
